Rita Trent, RSSA®
Founder & Principal Agent
Rita Trent is the founder of Trent Insurance Services, LLC, and has been helping individuals and families navigate important insurance decisions since 1998. As an independent insurance professional, she is committed to providing personal guidance and helping clients choose coverage that protects their health, income, assets, and long-term financial well-being.
A lifelong resident of Beckley, West Virginia, Rita understands how important stability, trust, and dependable service are to the families she serves. She works closely with each client to understand their goals, explain their options clearly, and recommend solutions that fit both their needs and their budget.
Rita specializes in life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare solutions, serving clients from her office in Crab Orchard and throughout West Virginia and surrounding states. She also works with clients who want to improve their long-term financial position through planning strategies intended to support greater financial clarity, financial freedom, and debt reduction.
As a Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®), Rita is also equipped to help clients better understand Social Security claiming decisions and how those choices fit into their broader retirement planning.
Rita’s approach is simple: build lasting relationships, listen carefully, and treat every client with the same integrity and care she would want for her own family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, attending Bible studies, and playing games.
Brittaney Kelly, RSSA®
Licensed Insurance Agent
Brittaney Kelly is a licensed insurance agent who helps individuals and families across Southern West Virginia make informed decisions about their coverage and long-term financial well-being. With strong ties to the MacArthur and Beckley communities, she is committed to providing personal guidance and dependable service tailored to each client’s needs.
Brittaney specializes in Medicare, life insurance, individual health, dental, vision insurance, and annuity solutions. She works closely with clients to understand their goals, explain available options clearly, and recommend coverage strategies that fit their circumstances rather than relying on one-size-fits-all recommendations.
As a Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®), Brittaney can also help clients better understand Social Security claiming options and how those decisions connect with retirement and Medicare planning.

Office Coordinator
Debbie Neal serves as Office Coordinator at Trent Insurance Services, LLC, where she helps keep daily operations organized, efficient, and welcoming for every client who reaches out to the office. Whether assisting callers, greeting visitors, coordinating schedules, or supporting communication behind the scenes, Debbie plays an important role in helping the team serve clients with care and professionalism.
Known for her friendly personality, reliability, and strong attention to detail, Debbie is often one of the first people clients connect with when they contact the office. Her warm approach and commitment to service help create the kind of personal, community-focused experience that reflects the values of Trent Insurance Services.
